Hello and welcome! Today I’m showing you a mini notepad I created to go in a junk journal. The cover is made from a collage masterboard I created and scanned into my computer. I’ve already shared a couple of other projects I made from that masterboard (some mixed media tags and an envelope and notecard), and this is the third example of something you can do with it. If you’d like a copy to play with, you’ll find a link to it at the bottom of this post.

The pages are a combination of coffee-dyed papers and scrapbooking paper. The whole thing is sewn together with regular thread using a three-hole pamphlet stitch, and I reinforced the spine on the inside and the outside with a piece of washi tape.
If you’d like to see the rest of the pages, I have a short video up on my YouTube channel that you can watch.

And you can click to download a copy of the masterboard to use in your own projects. Can you see which part the notepad cover came from?
And there you have it! If you create something from the masterboard, please tell me about it in the comments.
